I drive from Concord MA to Townsend (35 min. to an hour) 2 to 3 times a week to attend the training sessions that Coach Mike Pearce puts together at DMA.  I have joined many gyms, worked with many trainers and Mike, by far, runs THE best sessions. He is knowledgeable about the human body and fitness, is an outstanding motivator, plays awesome music, is fun AND I love the fact that he treats everyone in the gym equally! The workouts are challenging and he makes sure that everyone, despite age or fitness level partakes; in fact, he insists on it! Each and every session is unique, never boring and I always feel like a million bucks upon completion! Lots of people compliment me on how I look, which is nice to hear; more important is how I feel, absolutely fabulous!!  Each and every class is awesome!!
