The MMA class integrates all three phases of combat; Striking, Clinch and Ground.  It is what we have discovered to be the most simple, direct, and efficient means to train and apply  to both self-defense and the mixed combative sports. MMA uses Western Boxing, Muay Thai Kick Boxing, Greco Roman Wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as its primary base. We have found them to be the best vehicles for training and developing the necessary attributes to perform effectively under the pressures of an aggressive assault or non-compliant resistance.
