Listen, you need to find motivation and if a treadmill does it for you (although that is rare!) then go for it. But if you want to really tap into your full potential and be surrounded by positive women who all have the same goal in mind then get off that treadmill and come to DMA Women’s Boot Camp!

Our Boot Camp is designed for ALL FITNESS LEVELS. Many gyms may lure you in with this phrase but at DMA we mean it! It is our goal to improve people’s fitness level and their overall wellness. We can tailor every single workout to ANY fitness level and you will never feel like you are not keeping up with the class. Our women’s classes are made up of all age groups; women that are taking up a fitness program for the very first time, all the way to women who run marathons.
“You said you work out in bare feet, I am not sure I am comfortable with that.”
We workout in bare feet (on a mat) to improve posture, balance and range of motion. Shoes limit your ability to stretch and strengthen your legs and feet (this is why Yoga folks don’t wear shoes!). If you are uncomfortable with going bare foot you may wear socks (we recommend yoga gripping socks so you don’t slide) or bare foot technology shoes such as 5-finger Vibrams (only to be worn on the mat, no outdoor use). But nothing beats what you were born with and your feet will thank you as they will be stronger and fatigue less on those days when you are on you feet all day long.
“I am pretty fit and have done it all when it comes to classes, I am not sure you can challenge me.”
Like we said before, our workouts are designed for ALL fitness levels and that means athletes too! We are confident that you will be challenged and we will push you beyond the potential you thought you were capable of. That is the beauty of fitness, you can always improve no matter what level you are at and we are masters at bringing out the best in you!
